recording notes:

these songs were recorded during the period of time after louie ruiz had left the band and before josh baruth had joined. our friend dave ott was filling in on drums at that point for some touring obligations the band had. we ended up playing these songs only a few times on the road. a week after recording these songs, josh joined the appleseed cast and we, in essence, scrapped all the previous material. after four years, however, a reminiscent listen to some older recordings sparked our interest in putting these songs out. all vocals, mixing, and additional recording was completed during may 2002.
