Derek Walker wrote to let me know about an interview he did with Aaron and Chris. This interview is *a lot* more in depth than the usual stuff out there, you should definitely check it out. Thanks, Derek, great interview!

This comes in from Andrew H. who has tipped us off before. I do warn you not to see any of this as written in stone, though, since Sagarmatha was a year and a half after initially expected and was originally an all instrumental EP. Point being, take this with a grain of salt:

Hey, I just wanted to drop you a line to give you some inside info I got from the drummer at the show last night. Crisci's next Old Canes album will be released on Saddle Creek. Pretty exciting. I can see it now, Crisci and Oberst touring together. Haha. Here's hoping. Also, Chris and Aaron are going to be doing a record by themselves, according to the drummer it will likely just be called "Chris Crisci and Aaron Pillar." But that's probably subject to change.
